For one top-rated engineering firm, TRANSEARCH was selected to recruit and hire its Global Chief Human Resources Officer. This individual would be the first senior level executive hired by the company’s new CEO. With nearly 10,000 employees worldwide, this global organization provides independent consulting, design and construction services, primarily across environmental sectors.

Due to steady growth across industrial markets, TRANSEARCH was retained by a leading design-build (EPC) firm to recruit a Vice President for its half-billion dollar division. At the outset, TRANSEARCH conducted a Talent Scouting project which identified over 500 individuals at companies ideal for our client. The Talent Scouting report allowed our client to discreetly make direct contact with dozens of industry leaders, which also resulted in an uptick of business development leads

For one manufacturing assignment, TRANSEARCH was selected by a company which we first began working with in 2002. Due to a recent change in majority ownership, this manufacturer was re-organizing into three global operating segments and prioritizing growth in the Americas region. Historically, procurement and supply chain had been governed by a central team overseas. Going forward these accountabilities would be decentralized within the project regions, and the Americas would require a new group leader.
