We provide stand-alone assessments to gauge the leadership elements and stick factors of an individual or a team. Hogan is our primary strategic partner, but our consultants are equally proficient with DiSC and Myers-Briggs (MBTI), among others. With a variety of services and pricing options, we equip you with a sort of x-ray vision for calibrating fit. Many organizations include us in order to complement their candidate selection or onboarding process. Some companies leverage these assessments in early succession planning, while others use it to identify high potential leaders among middle management.
1-on-1 Hogan Assessment
By completing the individual assessment and in-person feedback session, the participant gains a better understanding of his/her values, day-to-day personality and leadership blind spots. First, the participant completes the online assessment, a series of straightforward multiple choice questions that take approximately 60 minutes. Once we deliver the assessment reports, the participant meets with one of our certified consultants to review results, interpretations, questions, and go forward’s.
Team Hogan Assessment
High-performing teams achieve superior results. Yet teams remain susceptible to all manner of dysfunction. Hogan’s team assessment helps you to better manage your business by identifying the mix of personalities within each team, recognizing common derailers, and revealing how shared values impact performance. In conjunction with individual 1-on-1 Hogan Assessments (see above), your team meets with our certified consultants to review team results, interpretations, questions, and go forward’s.
Leadership Competency Selection
Do you know what leadership skills make your best people successful? If not, how can you effectively hire or coach other teammates? Within your group, instill a common language to explore qualities that make your leaders successful. Define these competencies in terms specific to your business, and establish a baseline to gauge aptitude. With the help of our consultants, you can utilize a leadership scorecard for recruiting and promoting individuals who will make everybody more successful.

Top Performer Retention
By completing our retention exercise (“Why Do You Stay?”), your organization can gauge the likelihood of retaining its top performers. If your group exhibits strong compatibility with its top performers, it’s very difficult for outside recruiters to pull this talent away. If your organization exhibits low compatibility, it’s in danger of losing its top performers. Our consultants can then help your organization strategize around how to increase your retention compatibility and hire employees who will stay.
