Chris comes from a family of missionaries. More than 100 years ago, his great-grandfather married his high school sweetheart and took her to Calcutta, India where he built the Methodist Church. His oldest son, Chris’ grandfather, also became a missionary, but with a deep affection for the human condition and focused on making the lives of the average person better. Chris continues the tradition with a similar concern for people. Coupled with the ORXESTRA Tools, he offers his clients a unique competitive edge for attracting the right individuals to lead their firms.

Chris is a runner, a father, and a chess coach. He has an MBA from the Liautaud School of Business at the University of Illinois-Chicago, and he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Drake University in Economics.
