We are adding an energetic, optimistic, resilient, result-oriented Account Development Associate to our sales team.  

About this role

The Account Development Associate (ADA) will develop client relationships, generate leads, and close executive search and leadership consulting project leads in a defined market. The ADA is a great listener and brings creativity to conversations with customers. We need an ADA who can take innovative ideas and make them reality. Innovation, and decisive decision making is paramount to successful market development.  

We seek an individual who excels in diagnosing a client’s needs and thrives in a creative and collaborative problem-solving environment. The ideal ADA is comfortable working with various personality types; they recognize that excellent client service leads to enhanced customer loyalty. To succeed in sales, the ADA must be optimistic, adaptable, and resilient. A successful ADA presents ideas with creativity and flair; and “owns the room” when making presentations.

  • Create a strategy to build relationships with new and previous clients

Preferred Experience
  • 3 years' experience selling business services 
  • BS/BA preferred
