In his past roles, Amrit collaborated with senior leadership, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, human resources transformation, operational efficiency, business culture & growth, leadership development, and internal communications. He also successfully launched a diversity, inclusion, and belongingness strategy and program to raise awareness and recognition of DE&I and equip hiring managers with thoughtful approaches to recruitment.
He has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Simon Fraser University and a Masters of Business Administration from McGill University.
